Appearance
At 6'1" and 140#, Galtrin is tall and lean, even for an Eladrin. With dark hair and pale complection, he is conspicous in a crowd.
Galtrin wears well-worn hide armor dyed brown, under a rust-colored cloak. He wields a well-kept longsword, and a crossbow on a sling on his back.
Background
Galtrin was born in Greynar. His parents had located there as emissaries and "advisers" from the Court of Stars, working covertly with the human government to quell certain outbreaks of primal activity. They foresaw a life of challenges for the next generation, and raised Galtrin accordingly, with rigorous preparation in leadership and martial skills. Galtrin, like them, is a follower of Avandra, and believes that good fortune is given to those who are prepared to take advantage.
Galtrin has recently been sent to Fallcrest to communicate with the human leadership about possible chaotic activity in the area and place his abilities at their disposal if needed. Always a child of privilege, Galtrin is somewhat taken aback by exposure to the subsistence-level farmers and laborers of Fallcrest.
