This lovely halberd was crafted by a town wizard for her love, a guard in the service to Hammerhall, alas he died, this all happened 90 years ago, and his heirs had more need of farm and food than a magic halberd. only two thousand , three hundred and sixty five gold. +1 halberd

she goes to the scythe's display case, under glass.
This scythe was found in the great north , I have found it to be a quickblade. Those attacking with it, attack faster than normal men should be able to attack. I fear it is beyond your price range, so I won't insult you. +1 scythe of speed

The arrows are not this Calling you speak of. The lone arrow, is an arrow of lightning. when fired, it turns into an arc of lightning. seek the fletching where it falls, and the next day it will grow back to another arrow. four thousand and six hundred gold. unique. functions as a reusable Javelin of Lightning

The quiver is of five magic arrows. They will pierce the flesh of arcanely defended creatures and strike at the dead. but their magic fades after use.

The things on sale at the shop don't look like they change frequently. You can look for things with a base price under 4,400gp and likely find them somewhere in Farholde. but there's few things above 2nd level potions or scrolls or above that base price to be found.

The staff was acquired by Bianca DeVallya, she plays at Canton's Canter almost every night. She's an angel -- the most beautiful i've seen in a long while. she sips her tea, making a modest compliment, considering her likely age as an elf. She fancies herself an adventurer sometimes. She found it with her friends in an old tomb up north.

A sign by the door proclaims "Spellcasting Not Permitted on the Premesis"

She says that she has most spells in stock, or can get them in a week, but are mostly 1st and 2nd level spells. The unique ones in her collection that stand out in level are an Arcane scroll of Beast Shape III (375gp) and a Divine scroll of plant growth (1,125gp i think, 5th level).

She's got a wand of keen edge thats got about 20 charges left on it. (4,500gp)

The staff is a staff of minor arcana, which can cast shield and magic missile. (8,000gp)
its a slender birch staff, threaded with gold strands in the bark that look nearly like honeycombs.

The supple light fur boots function as Acrobat's boots. Like the slippers from Ultimate Equipment, they help keep your balance in precarious situations. (3000gp)

I've also got a wonder of a cloak. Its rainproof and keeps you dry and comfortable in any environment, handy for adventurers heading up north, or explorers foolish enough to head into the Caer Bryr's rainforests. It also can joint along its seam, and become a boat. (8,500gp)

She demurely shows you around the the shop.
The weapons behind the counter hanging up and securely bound, look to be a Halberd and a Scythe. There's also some quivers, and a lone arrow.

Magic Shop

The interior of the magic shop is lush. a fine carpet coats the floor, with exquisite wood and glass display stands. A comfortable chair rests to one side, a small table beside it, and a companion comfortable chair just next to that. In one of those chairs rests a beautiful and exotic elven woman. Her chestnut hair, and violet eye shadow enchant you as you enter her establishment. A pot of steaming tea and a glass rest on the tray. She sips gently, welcoming you and asking how she can help you?

a finely wrought mirror makes the interior of the shop seem larger, giving her a good view of all of the displays in the room from her seat. In the center of the shop, a circular table is laid out with a victorian kerosine lamp at its center, its light flickering, and illuminating a display of Harrow cards.

Knicknacks of all sort fill the cases, fine chalices, jewelry, several potion vials, even a few weapons on display wracks, securely tied, mounted above the display cases.

You manage to find a local magic shop that indeed has a lesser rod of extend, and a wand of mage armor for 750gp.
