I am currently GM'ing A Dragon's Demand Module and at the end of chapter 1 part of the loot is 12 green dragon scales and 1 black dragonscale. I have been trying to figure out what the characters can use them for but haven't figured it out. It seems armor needs a full set of dragon scales. Any ideas for use of dragon scales? New player here.

Hello all. I was wondering if anyone would have advice about how to modify dragon's demand module for 3PC. This is all our first time playing pathfinder, and I'll GM. Since it is meant for 4 is there anything I can do other than make an NPC that follows them around?
