About Frond
Cutting a large passage through the crowd, this reptilian hunk of flesh doesn't seem to be the type to have friends; just Victims and Employers. But don't let the massive shield and heavy spiked flail give you the wrong idea, for although he would put up a mean fight in exchange for coin, he can at least sometimes recognize when to turn long scaley tail and flee.
