Anyone else having an issue with Pathbuilder? I've already paid for the subscription, but now they want me to upgrade again for another $6. None of my characters show up when I try to load them now. It's very unclear whether they have wiped them all out, or what happened. Or if I have to pay just to get my old characters back. Seems odd that they wouldn't at least e-mail existing paying customers about the changes -- whatever it is.
Suggestions?
