Hello! Very simple question. Following the release of Tech Revolution, rules for scaling vehicle statistics were added, and vehicles can be crafted with Engineering. I was wondering, for custom vehicles, if they are crafted, do they receive the increase in HP and Hardness as though they were two levels higher like other items that can be crafted, or do they not receive that bonus?
