Feel free to dot this guy and kill the post after. I'm going to get started when I come home later on tonight. Hopefully that'll give everyone a time to jump onto this.

It's that discussion thread some of you mentioned! Here's a place to introduce yourself/your character for general knowledge and, you know, do discussion-y things.

A bit about me: I've been DMing pathfinder for like 3 odd years now on and off, though this is the first time I've done pbp as I told all of you, so I'll likely have format or "how do I do this?" questions for some of the veterns. I'm a huge lore and Lovecraft nerd (though I get the feeling that's pretty typical at the table) so hopefully I can do the setting and themes justice. I managed to get through two books of Strange Aeon's in an irl group before it died so I have some idea of how to do this, but the group didn't really connect with the horror themes and so it didn't really go super well. Hopefully with more time to explore character motivations this can go more smoothly.

I've never done a pbp before but damn it I want to see if I can run this whole thing so I'm going to try. I'd prefer 4 players, with or without knoweldge of the adventure path, with some rules

-20 point buy
-roll for gold
-no third party material

For those who don't know, you start the adventure path with no real knoweldge of yourself minus a few vague memories, but you can make a backstory for yourself with those vague memories. Just know that you don't remember the last 5 or so years and write as such.

I'd prefer people that can commit to the whole thing and post 2-3 times a week. Or more! Let's do this thing.

Recruitment will go until Tuesday the 14th at night when I'll pick the winners and get started!

I couldn't find a gaming group to play this AP so I went full crazy and started playing it by myself and writing what happens like it's a story. Only, I've got to the point where I have no one to read it so it's really hard to maintain interest in actually...writing it. I think if I get some interest here I'll begin posting what I've done so far and maybe actually finish this stupid game.
