Cipher 2: Descendant of Germanic nobility currently in control of a fair amount of land in a shattered Europe, Friedrich's history was written and a new image developed for use with the Aesculapian Order. He was to be a figure-head and recruitment tool-- an attempt to instill hope into the lowest parts of society.
Resources 3: Avoiding ties to his inheritance for now, Friedrich lives off a considerable sallary provided now by Aeon Trinity but, initially, by the Aesculapian Order.
Status 2: Friedrich's station grants some benefits but is not truly a position of great power. He's still told where to go and whose hand to shake but he's granted a bit of freedom in how he does it.
Ally 1: A lady-friend inside of the Ministry. Friedrich met her and engaged in a brief romance when he was sent to undergo the Prometheus Effect in a Ministry-controlled chamber. They've established a mutually beneficial relationship of information and favor exchange that occasionally comes in handy.
Followers 1: An Aeon Trinity-assigned aide. Part secretary, part translator.
Influence 2: Frederick Falen, Fred for short, is a face meant to be recognized by Joe Hologram. He's known to be approachable, kind, and eager to talk about the benefits of the Aesculapian Order and Aeon Trinity.
