About Franz Halbeck

This characters death was due to literally saving the life of a less experienced pathfinder in the face of an overwhelming foe. He basically traded his life for theirs, as him escaping was the right choice since the entire rest of the party was unconscious and with only one healing spell left remaining. Luckily, his sacrifice was not in vain, because she escaped when she regained consciousness thanks to the use of that final spell. While making the last choice of his life, he acknowledged his own expectation to have had a longer pathfinder career, but to him the sacrifice was worth it. He will meet his judgment in the boneyard with pride.
