It is just worse for overseas customers like me. For the record, I had just renewed my subscription when Dungeon got handed over from WoTC/Hasbro to Paizo. I received a nice letter from Hasbro explaining that overseas subscription were cancelled, and a nice check (not sure about the English word) with a sum in dollars. It is still in my desk drawer : to cash it in, I was supposed to find a bank with ties in the USA and to pay a zillion creds in change fees. I guess that Hasbro didn’t lose much with the repayment of overseas subscriptions…
Of course, that was not Paizo’s fault, but Hasbro’s.
Just take a minute and compare the way Paizo handle the current crisis and the way Hasbro screwed me… Thumbs up, and good luck Paizonians!
My only BIG regret is the loss of a great font of Greyhawkian lore. I WILL certainly buy anything Greyhawkian coming from Erik Mona (or any other Greytalker, for instance).
