Damien_DM's brother pipes up... The characters I've prepped are:
Treskon - Elven Diviner, generally strong mix of spells and skills, though not a lot of buffs or offensive spells where opponents get saves. Negligable physical battle capability (he might still have a weapon collecting pocket lint).
Zoran - Aasimar Cleric of Saranrae, Sun and Restoration, wields a +1 cold iron holy morningstar, well-armored, well-prepped to heal.
These guys are pretty straightforward, neither very quirky. Although I generally prefer playing wizards, after further consideration I think the cleric might be a stronger fit for the party. Although if it turns out there's not a lot of undead or demonic types, he's not as flexible as the wizard.
