About Flynn PalomereHD:1d10+2.Hp:12.
Backstory:
Born to unknown parents and left on the steps of the Temple of the Everbright Crusade, a small divergent sect of Iomedae's church, Flynn was raised to be a hero. He trained to be a Paladin of Iomedae, almost from the time he could walk. Passing all of his trials and tests with flying colors, he 'graduated' to a Knight at an early age and was heralded as the next leader of the Fifth Crusade. But this was apparently not to be, alas, jealousy reared it's evil head. Other participants in the trials, that didn't fare so well, brought about his downfall.
'Why do you accuse me of something, that we both know isn't true?' He asked the girl. ' I have never lain with a woman.' The girl burst into tears. Sniffling she replied in a whisper..
Flynn sat and thought about this for a while, not even noticing when they came and took the girl away.
The next day, Flynn went to the head of his Order, and confessed to the crime. The next few weeks were the worst of his life. His armor, Masterwork Fullplate, was given to the Temple Smith to be melted down and forged anew for someone else. His Honor sword, a fancy blessed longsword was broken and the pieces thrown to the scrap yard. Paraded through the town, they put him in the stocks for all the peasants to see, and throw rocks and rotten food at him. Then he was kicked out, with just the clothes on his back, and told never to return. Hanging his head in shame, he took all of the abuse, and left, never to return. After a year though, he missed the martial feel and camaraderie of the Temple, and still wanted to do his part in the war against the demons. Working odd jobs as a smiths helper, he slowly learned the art of the armorsmith. Working his way with mercenary companies and caravans, he eventually arrived in Kenabres, his birthplace. Knowing that he wasn't welcome, he nevertheless checked upon his old friends to see how they fared. To his dismay, the Temple was mostly empty, with only the older servants, and a year old child in residence.
When asked about them the head servant only replied..
