Sorry I keep trying to catch up with this, but it both moves too quickly and there's too much going on at once.

I can't track this with the justice it deserves and so am dropping out.

Hope that doesn't cause too much of a problem for anyone.

Thanks.

I think the lift let us off?
Unless an immediate threat presents itself on the 2nd floor Fleur takes a look over the balcony, what can she see at this stage?

"So Spirit, were you trapped here, or did you volunteer your services?"

When she reaches the top, Fleur tries to find somewhere she can look over and see whats happening, try to decipher the good from the bad and see if she can work out any way to help.

The update rate, combined with large number of folks is making this hard to keep track of what on earth is going on.

I don't even know what's going on, she glances at the two near the lift entrance, they don't seem in direct danger at the moment. You know what, bring me up Fleur gets into the elevator.

Fleur reaches out for the burned girl, sparing a glance to the other, shunting all the other weirdness going on to the back of her mind for the moment.
"Are you okay" she asks as she scans over her body for any more recent injuries.

Fleur almost dashes after Miyako, before realising someone is bleeding up on the higher floor.

"Let's see if this magic elevator works then." She heads over to the elevator, and urgently pushes buttons to try and get up to the top floor.

She's not had proper first aid training, but she's spent a good deal of life in hospitals and knows how to inject someone or apply a bandage.

Fleur watches the ghost? girl only remembering to breath once the butterflies dissipate.

As she regains awareness of her surroundings she glances over the frightened girl.

"Hey, don't be scared, I don't know what's going on, but I don't think it intends to hurt us."

And if it does, you can probably run faster than I can. she adds mentally.

I'm probably just having a blind moment, but wasn't there a link to map posted up?

"I hoped something would present itself, but in truth I didn't actually expect to get up there."

"Maybe you'd get a better reception if you didn't verbally attack everyone you met"
Fleur looks at the others.
"I would be happy if you'd accompany us, we're here to look at the Silver Train, if we can." Fleur calls to the others, while inwardly panicking - there's not a lot she can do if any of them just want to push her back out the door.

Fleur follows Kiyomi as quietly as she can.

Fleur watches the Raven's flight, she unstraps the torch and holds it out to Kiyomi with a smile.
"Perhaps we should follow it together? It seems fairly portentous, and I have no idea where we're supposed to be going."

1 person marked this as a favorite.

Fleur is momentarily lost for words. She has heard plenty of derogatory comments before - but this... this... girl.
"I've heard of the Shirakawa, but I didn't think they'd breed a degenerate so bad she didn't even think to bring a flashlight to explore an abandoned building."
For some reason, her own words strike her as hilarious and Fleur starts to laugh, only slightly hysterically.

Okay, Physique then, pretty much what I was shooting for anyway.

Fleur looks around at the demanding young woman
"Excuse me? you can't just demand things from someone like that - what are you, royalty?"
her face is flushed indignantly as she speaks.

Fleur doesn't know why she's here, no elevators, and while her crutches are strapped to the back of her chair, she's never been able to manage more than a handful or yards on them. How was she supposed to get up to the second floor. And if she ran into trouble... how long before someone could get here, how would she explain what she was doing?

She did of course know, in the deep recesses that she liked to challenge herself, what is the point in her life - so full of disappointment and difficulties , if she didn't take these risks. Maybe there was even a little bit of her that sought out danger, as a way to end it all, before her illness rendered her too weak to live at all.

And of course there were the rumours, one miraculous thing could lead to... no. She is who she is, no sense in getting her hopes up on foolish fantasies.

I am presuming the South side is easiest to access via wheelchair, she will have done a little research to work it out

She reached into her bag, takes out a flashlight and fastens it to the side of her chair with a velcro tag. She kept a few of the things hanging around, so she could tie things on within reach. Another tag had a cast with her mobile inside, an app with a panic button could call her parents instantly and send her position to them. Assuming this building didn't cut out all signal.

Okay, rolling on in then. Fleur whispered to herself as she pressed in through the doors.

How about just "Speed" as a power theme? Is that less vague than Physical Perfection?

Presenting Cameila for you, hope she finds your approval.
Half-Elf Hunter.

Quartz scurries over to bite the goblin at the ankles.
Bite: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (12) + 4 = 16 dmg = 1

The door swings open and a haunted woman in a wedding dress that looks like has been shredded and stitched together repeatedly.
She takes in the occupants of the tavern with an appraising glance.
"I seek one named Lamm, I have been told that there is information on him here."

Well, that took a while. Done other than gear I think,
my rolls were right back here

NB: I'm not at all familiar with Crimson Throne, regarding backstory it is intended that should she get Vengeance she then has to try and reconcile her newly infernal nature with the desire to do good and help folk. If the arc with Lamm progresses more through the campaign then she'll be a vengeancy for longer and may drift over the line to CN (or CE?).
