Personal, I have made a quite cool Champion of Irori, although, he is human, and only use unarmed strike, my build looks like this
Str – 14 (16)
Dex – 12
Con – 13
Int – 10
Wis – 14 (16)
Cha – 14
took 4 lvl Monk(Of the sacred mountain), then 3 lvl Core paladin--> Champion
Switched a feat for the extra +2 in stats.
Feats:
: LvL 1: Belier's Bite
(Bonus feat 1: Deflect Arrows
(Bonus feat 2: Dodge. PLUS you get Toughness and +1 natural armor (pretty cool)
Lvl 3: Desperate Battler
Lvl 5: Dragon Style
Lvl 7: Power Attack
Lvl 9: Dragon Ferocity
Lvl 11: Monastic Legacy
Lvl 13: Hammer the Gap
Should be a solid build
