Special Abilities:

Brawler's Cunning: Fjord qualifies for combat feats that require an Intelligence score of 13 or higher, even if his Intelligence is under 13.
Brawler Unarmed Strike: Fjord's unarmed strikes deal lethal damage with his full Strength bonus, and he can make nonlethal unarmed strikes without a penalty. His unarmed strikes count as both a manufactured weapon and a natural weapon for the purpose of spells and effects that modify manufactured/natural attacks. He also gains Improved Unarmed Strike as a bonus feat.
Martial Flexibility: Fjord can take a move action to gain the benefit of a combat feat he doesn’t possess. This effect lasts for 1 minute. He must meet all the feat’s prerequisites. He may use this ability 4 times per day. Fjord can use this ability again before the duration expires in order to replace the previous combat feat with another choice. If a combat feat has a daily use limitation (such as Stunning Fist), any uses of that combat feat while using this ability count toward that feat’s daily limit.
Martial Training: Fjord's brawler levels count as both fighter and monk levels for the purposes of combat feat prerequisites and magic items.

Background:
Fjord only remembers so much. He knew when he was young-around 3-his family was on a ship that was attacked by pirates. He also remembered an orc pirate taking pity on the scared little boy and taking him in when it was discovered the boy's parents were casualties. He knew the orc wasn't responsible, and that the crew wanted to throw him overboard for the sharks, but the orc-now his adopted father, a hearty cook named Basug Krill-prevented that from happening. He doesn't remember who his parents were-"some buncha spoiled Chelixian nobles" he was told-but it didn't matter, cause Basug was his father. And he preferred the life of the docks and seaside town compared to some cramped mansion with a curfew made of chains. He certainly sees the sailors as friendly company, and has learned to be an expert storyteller of the dreams of ocean encounters he has to wow passerbyers.

One noteworthy moment of his life came when he was 16-stealing a rowboat to explore the shoreline of his home, a storm hit upon him, and the waves not only sent him out deeper to sea, but also almost drowned him...had not a mysterious maiden of the ocean saved him. He swears on his life the girl was a mermaid, and he hopes one day to find his rescuer.

Basically like this, but less wavy hair.

Personality:
Fjord is an easy person to get along with-he's always believed to be a fair person and try to see things on both sides, but he won't hesitate to use his fists if someone decides to get too hostile.
