PERSONAL INFO:

Fading is Nourishing Fruit's partner. She loves their smoothies (once they're rotting). Together they own "Return to Nature: Funeral Home and Smoothies". Grieving is hungry work, you know.

Many people have a negative opinion about death, but Fading's attitude about it is rather ambivalent. Perhaps her fungal nature allows her to see that life and death are part of a cycle, and even undeath can contribute to it in some ways. Others' rituals and attitudes about death and undeath are endlessly fascinating to her, and being an undertaker in diverse Absalom gives her a front row seat to this fascinating aspect of various cultures.
