About Eos the Voidkin
As a young Kitsune, Eos discovered that her dark fur set her apart from the others around her. As a "Voidkin", she was regularly shunned by others in her village. As she got a bit older, she started to become more violent in retaliation to this treatment. Unfortunately, she came up against some that were more than willing to try to be rid of her forever. A pair set upon her and beat, scratched, and bit her to within and inch of her life. This incident is the reason she is no longer able to speak, as well as why she typically avoids other Kitsune when possible. She will always appear in public in human form and wearing robes with a veil covering her face, except when she's on a mission and trades the robes for leather armor.
