Sorry, I should've expanded.
What I'm specifically talking about is a lack of new implements and focus powers. To me, those are the core identity of the class, and those specifically haven't had any form of new content.
Whereas oodles of ghosts, herds of infusions and parades of gaze abilities have been added.
