-Dimensional Hop (Sp): At 8th level, you can teleport up to 10 feet per cleric level per day as a move action. This teleportation must be used in 5-foot increments and such movement does not provoke attacks of opportunity. You must have line of sight to your destination to use this ability. You can bring other willing creatures with you, but you must expend an equal amount of distance for each creature brought.

-Adoration (Su): As an immediate action, you can attempt to thwart a melee or ranged attack that targets you. This ability functions as sanctuary, but only against one individual attack. You must use the ability after the attack is declared but before the roll is made. The creature attacking you receives a Will save to negate this effect. If a creature has more than one attack, this ability only affects one of the attacks. You can use the ability a number of times per day equal to 3 + your Wisdom modifier. (6/day) This is a mind-affecting effect.
-Charming Smile (Sp): At 8th level, you can cast charm person as a swift action, with a DC of 10 + 1/2 your cleric level + your Wisdom modifier. You can only have one creature charmed in this way at a time. The total number of rounds of this effect per day is equal to your cleric level. The rounds do not need to be consecutive, and you can dismiss the charm at any time as a free action. Each attempt to use this ability consumes 1 round of its duration, whether or not the creature succeeds on its save to resist the effect.

Channel Energy (Su): Channeling energy causes a burst that affects all creatures of one type (either undead or living) in a 30-foot radius centered on the cleric. The amount of damage dealt or healed is equal to 1d6 points of damage plus 1d6 points of damage for every two cleric levels beyond 1st (2d6 at 3rd, 3d6 at 5th, and so on). Creatures that take damage from channeled energy receive a Will save to halve the damage. The DC of this save is equal to 10 + 1/2 the cleric's level + the cleric's Charisma modifier. Creatures healed by channeled energy cannot exceed their maximum hit point total—all excess healing is lost. A cleric may channel energy a number of times per day equal to 3 + her Charisma modifier. This is a standard action that does not provoke an attack of opportunity. A cleric can choose whether or not to include herself in this effect. A cleric must be able to present her holy symbol to use this ability.

Emiliano Diego Thanos is a handsome enough rapscallion, but not handsome enough to get him out of the trouble his good looks keep getting him INTO. He has taken a shine to the flamboyant, swashbuckling way of life, and dresses appropriately. He wears loose-fitting, flamboyant clothing that allows him freedom of movement for his derring-doing. Colors change depending upon his current mood and popular styles, but usually consist of leather breeches, Leather boots, Stylish shirt with ruffles or lace, sometimes an elaborate vest with a half-cape, and a baldric holding his rapier, sling and pistol (when he can afford one) He sometimes wears a larger general cape/cloak to hide the weapons, and wears the cape of the Guard when on duty. His chainmail shirt is visible when on duty, and usually hidden under something more stylish when off.
Emil has blond hair, and wears a very small goatee. He is usually primped and stylish, except when a night on the town (of drinking or adventure, or both) causes him to appear more disheveled. He has a very charming manner, and is assuredly more of a lover than a fighter, although he does enjoy a good scrap, and refuses to run away from a fair fight. Cayden wouldn't have it any other way!) He is completely dedicated to his newfound patron Power Cayden, but is still a bit nervous about declaring that publicly in Westcrown. His holy symbol, a worn but lovingly cared for metal mug, is worn openly on his belt. (But then, so do a lot of guys.) He is lean and very nimble, and in a fight enjoys using his acrobatic skill to confound his opponents and tumble between them causing them to interfere with each other and giving him and his friends openings and advantages.

Emiliano Diego Thanos was born the 4th of 6 children of Marcutio and Lilly Thanos. As the 4th child (and 3rd son) of the line, he was not expected to take over the family or business, and was not given the responsibilities of his older siblings. What he WAS given was a healthy dose of self-esteem, and an over-abundance of raw confidence. Instead of taking an interest in the business, he began to make new friends and hang out with them, putting his family's weapons training to good use by joining them in dueling on the streets for fun. While he was not the best straight-up duelist, he became very nimble and acrobatic, eventually becoming good enough, and daring enough, to maneuver THROUGH their opponents without being hit while putting himself in a position to strike at what they had thought was a defended flank.
But Emil (His family calls him 'Emil', he prefers his friends to call him 'Diego', mostly because it seems to annoy his parents) became interested in more, exciting, pursuits. It started with tales of adventure and heroism in his youth, and grew into poetry and sonnets as he grew older and began to notice young ladies. And he became very skilled at making sure they noticed him too. He life was soon completely occupied with 'The Three D's' (Drinking, Dueling and Damsels). And he began to spiral out of control, despite all his parents did to try and stop him. At this point an older, usually quiet manservant Alfredo stepped in, (He had taken a liking to Emil as a boy) and demonstrated to the young man that having an adventurous spirit did not mean you had to be a jerk. (Demonstrations at first required showing him that an wise old man could still beat an enthusiastic young man soundly if needed. )
Fortunately, Emil was a quick learner, and so suffered only minor bruises to body and ego before regaining 'balance'. He still enjoyed a good scrap, but preferred it to be for the right reasons. And he STILL enjoyed the company of young ladies, and became quite the roguish charmer, which did NOT help him make his family any happier. In an attempt to assist him in 'growing up', he was betrothed to a young lady from another family. Cecilia. She was actually a good match for Emiliano, having as much fiery spirit in her as he did, although she hid it from her family much better. And the two did seem to like each other. However her father did not approve, as the business side of the match was a much better deal for the Thanos's than theirs, and used one of Emil's 'indiscretions' as an excuse to call off the engagement. This proved too much for Emil's father to take, and he booted Emil out of the house.
It was during this time that Emil did a little genuine soul-searching, Deciding that he did not like the way some persons were treated under the current administration, wishing to help them somehow, yet still remain a free spirit and enjoy the good things in life. (A good fight for the right reasons, a good drink, and good female company!) Enter one Liberatore Amore, elder swashbuckler, gentleman rogue, and secret priest to Cayden. Emil felt like the world suddenly made sense. He took immediately and fervently to his new calling, so much so that Liberatore was afraid it might be the usual 'youthful enthusiasm' for a Power whose primary form of worship including getting good and drunk. But when Cayden saw fit to bestow his newest convert full clerical powers, Liberatore trained him as best as he could, warning him that the path of a cleric of a god of Freedom was unwelcome at best in Westcrown.
His family was pleased at Emil's sudden renewed interest in his studies of religion and history, (unbeknownst it was due to his dedication to Cayden) but his constant public flirtations, drunkeness and private liaisons prevent his father from allowing him to return home. A heartfelt plea to his family that he wished to do something more honorable and fulfilling with his life did convince his father to help him a little. Since he was wanting something more, his parents arranged for him to be one of the Grulios Guard. While not the highest or most glamorous position, it nonetheless got him under the eye of the family patriarch, or at least of his son, who commands the guard. Really, it's not a bad gig, though the hours have been long since the battle a few months ago and the near extermination of the Shadowbeasts. Now, more people roam around at night and it's necessary to have three shifts of guards. The house has been hiring, and Emil has had to train some of the new guards in the ways of the household and guard duties.
He has made some new acquaintances and friends in the Guard, and begins to see life as an an adventure of it's own.

The Family name is Thanos. The family is connected to the Gruios family via the higher Mironeth family through a series of old marriages, business dealings, etc. Dad really wants to move the family UP the ladder, and has secured their current position fairly well, but lacks either the drive, understanding, or backing to promote it further.
Father- Marcutio- Rarely home, has determined dreams of making family into a true noble house. Unfortunately as many of his business & diplomatic plans fail as succeed. Very stern, no-nonsense. After Emil had one too many 'Indiscretions', Kicked Emil out of house until he can return and prove himself dedicated to improving the Family's position.
Mother- Lilly (now called Belladonna behind her back) Once the charm and delight of society, and truly loved Marcutio, But over the years her husband became more distant trying to grow the family influence, she replaced his adoration & grew to desire power and wealth in society, and their constant failure to rise to those heights frustrated her. She is now a bitter and calculating b!$@#.
Oldest Brother- Benjamin- 25 Married. Truly loves his mother (remembers her the way she used to be) Being groomed to be the family head. Actually has a good head for business, but his father insists on managing everything himself and won't give him the chance to prove his worth. Considers Young Emil to be a childish troublemaker who 'should be spanked with his own rapier if he likes it so much.'
Oldest sister- Amaryllis- 22 Betrothed (long betrothal, due to 'complications') Also loves her mother, and is on her way to ending up just like her. Very beautiful, and now spoiled and vain. Starting her own personal plots and plans, small for now, but she has 'ideas'.
3rd Oldest -Brother- Cristano-20 Being trained for business and politics. Betrothed to a 'good' family match. Likes his younger brother Emil, but thinks he should grow up a little. Mostly keeps his mouth shut to avoid getting himself in trouble.

Youngest Sister- Fleur- 14 adores her PC brother. Loves life and is still full of joy. Wants nothing more than to enjoy life, arts, culture and daydreams of meeting her one true love, just like in the stories her PC brother used to tell her as a child.
Older Manservant- Alfredo- Took PC 'under his wing' once he started getting out of hand. Taught him that living life did not mean being a totally selfish b@$#@%&. Keeps in touch through correspondence intermittently.
Cecila- 18- Former betrothed. Was actually a good match for PC, but her father wasn't as happy with the arrangement. (better 'deal' for Emil's family than Cecila's family) Girl's dad called off arrangement after Emil was caught in another indiscretion. Lost contact after leaving home. Is unknown if Cecila wants/likes Emil still, or blames him. Or both.
Liberatore Amore- Age (?) Elder Swashbuckler, (A real 'Silver Fox' according to the women) ,ladies man, local brewer, and secretly a priest for Cayden. Emil's mentor into the 'priesthood' of Cayden.
