Ebenezer the Mad is and elderly old coot that is suspicious of everybody and everything. He has been wronged in the past and now finds it difficult to differentiate between trustworthy and untrustworthy. He is short-tempered, obnoxious, senile, vain and rather stupid but does have common sense. He was brought up in a tightly regimented environment where physical prowess and a keen mind are highly respected.
As he possessed neither he was always somewhat of an outsider.
It was shortly after leaving his home, that he learned the idyllic world that his masters spoke of, where money and other material objects are of no consequence, does not exist. Ebenezer has struggled to survive and that struggle has turned him into the jaded old man he is today. He thinks himself rather charismatic, especially when ladies are concerned. Ebenezer may often be seen trying to dazzle the ladies with his skill as a dancer, unfortunately his skills in that department are similar to that of his martial training. Despite a protruding stomach, old age and the lack of any real skill Ebenezer still trains every morning
