He was sad for a time, but his wits reigned, and continue to pursue. He had been part of a.. call it padawaanship to the most renowned scholars in the fields of study. Desmond learned the arts and sophistications of being a gentleman, but was quickly picked up once his keen for mechanics were noticed. He continued to pursue his interest and quickly found himself researching at universities, hired as engineers by nobles, and working for generals designing tools of war, and to much success. Dwayne's work alone has pushed the brinks of humanity into a new age, one of industry, learning, diversity, and hope.
