Thank you Liz, my apologies for the wrong placement. And you could be correct Cheapy (About the better than Cleric capstone comment, I know you are right about the bloodline v.s. class, sorry about that)I don't know, I have not tried to play a cleric heh. Pathfinder offers a lot of different options than D&D, and I am only used to the one.
I see. That was a grand answer, and I thank you for it. Upon review I think that this sort of changes things. Compared to a lot of the other level 20 abilities (Oracles ability to come back from the dead, as an example) the level 20 ability of a Maestro is a bit lacking. That is rather disappointing, I thought the class would be better. I still think I'll duel-class (the Twin Bloodlines thing) with it though, and Fey. That way I get a nice level 20, and a few smaller ones along the way to make up for what Maestro lacks. In addition...I think the quirkiness of a fey-blooded character would make a great build when combined with the Maestro bloodline lol. Annoyingly fun. If anybody has any other suggestions I'm certainly open to them, and again thank you Halfling for your response!
Good morning/afternoon/ evening to you all! I'm a new player with the pathfinder system, and while looking at the bloodlines I found the Maestro class. The level 20 "Grand Maestro" ability has me a bit flummoxed. It says, if I recall, that verbal dependent spells no longer affect you...but aren't most spells verbal dependent? Is this really, really powerful or am I really, really reading it wrong? Any advice/clarification would be grand and thank you for your time! |
