Dreaded PF Zombie's page

KThis order contained the minis from my kickstarter reward but not any of the print pack materials I ordered. Ive been looking on the forums and havent been able to come up with any conclusive info as to whats going on with printed materials. I did see someone post about losing out on his print pack due to not doing his pledge manager correctly. So, lm wondering what the story is, am I in the same situation? What of the 100.00 I added to the pledge for those items etc.

I see that a few packages have now been shipped this week regarding my KS rewards but it looks like they are just the minis. Does either of these packages include the Emerald Spire hard cover, flip maps or the novel?

I'm thinking of getting the guide. I currently have the map folio should I get the guide? Is the map in the guide the same one as in the folio?

I see the Thornkeep book has been shipped but I waa under the impression that the maps were to be included with this book. Is that the case? My order info doesnt state that the maps are being shipped.

I'm trying to put my PDF copies of rule books on to my iPad but I keep geeting error message "safari can't dload this file". Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong?

I received this email (provided below) concerning my recent AP subscription renewal and it states that it will be shipping the item to an old address. When I check the order it states "Terry Kolhoff's address" at the top of the order, but at the bottom it lists my current address as "other address". I can't seem to get the system to correct this information.

Hi, I was looking to download some of the Pathfinder materials that I ordered some time ago and see only the Beta PFRPG file and another free file available. Where are the files I ordered before??? How can I get them back?

I would like to restart my Pathfinder subscription to coincide with the start of the Kingmaker Adventure Path... is there a way to do that? I don't want to start it to soon and get the last part of the Council of Thieves AP.
