It may not be Pathfinder canon, per se, but old 3rd Edition Dungeons and Dragons Draconomicon has a lot of really detailed lore, including age, length, height and weight of the Core Ten Dragons. Could be worth a look-see. Otherwise, yeah, Azothath has the best answer.

Seisho, I think you're right about hitting the wrong forum. My bad.

Raisse, that strategy reminds me of the Order of the Stick comic, when V fights the Black Dragon - "What happens when we turn the magic off? Fascinating. It appears that you cease to be a mighty wizard and become a fragile pointy-eared monkey. While I? I am still a dragon."

I think I also figured out a potential replacement for Contingent Anti-Magic Field: Spellbane from the Inner Sea Guide, which counters very specific spells, one of which will be Mage's Disjunction.

So I'm preparing for the new Pathfinder Society season, when Nagaji become a legal race to play. As soon as I saw the race in the Advanced Race Guide, it seemed to me that - with the racial bonuses to Strength and Charisma, as well as the natural armor - this race seemed very fitting to build into a specific prestige class: the Dragon Disciple. Brace yourselves, the criticism of a prestige class is coming...

Okay, now that the obligatory Game of Thrones reference is out of the way, this is why I'm posting this: with the Hypnotic Gaze racial ability (swapping out a minor Skill Focus with Perception and limited Handle Animal for a pretty nifty spell-like ability), technically all this Nagaji character needs is five ranks in Knowledge (Arcana) to qualify for the prestige class. However, my optimization skills aren't as up to par as I'd like, so I'd like a little advice about a few things.

So pretty much, what I'm trying to figure out is the best class (and ability scores as well) for this character. I really want to have him specialize in unarmed / natural attacks, even before he starts into Dragon Disciple. Because of this, I've been toying with either an unarmed Fighter archetype (like Brawler) or some form of Monk. I'm just not sure which would be better and can't decide. I've also toyed with the idea of just going straight Sorcerer (Dragon bloodline) to just boost the bloodline powers as much as I can, but I'm uncertain how effective that would be.

So I'm looking for input. I've read Osterisk's guide to Disciples, but I'd like to hear what the interwebs has to say... of course, other than "I can haz cheezburger?"

Now, I may be totally biased (see: definitely totally biased), but I would definitely like to see a Pathfinder Draconomicon, with not only new options for Dragons for Game Masters, but also new player options, as well as expanding upon Sorcerers with the Draconic bloodline. I hope Paizo can provide in the near future.
