I think its fair to say that yesterday's happenings have many of us concerned for the fate of our Dungeon, and Dragon magazine downloads. Lisa stated here that they would remain for sale since they are covered under a different agreement.

However, it would be nice to know (if Paizo can comment) under what circumstances the magazines could get pulled. Could that agreement get terminated just as fast as the one that allowed Paizo to sell other WotC pdfs? Should we all be more vigilant about keeping copies of our purchases instead of just downloading them when we need them (I imagine that we already know the answer to this one)? Should we start spending more of our non-pathfinder-allocated dollars on magazine downloads?

In short, just how panicked should we be?

One happened to be available the last time we moved... it was too far away, though.

Plus, you'd have had to deal with the Stalagmen... and that Deep Crow in Power Dome A.

If you go to this forum, you'll find a WHOLE bunch of conversions and user-created content. Along with 3.5 conversions, you'll find lots of stuff about how to integrate various splat books (BoVD in particular).

Arrived this morning in Sault Ste. Marie, (northernish) Ontario.

Bump...

In about a month I'm going to be in Toronto for a course. I'm looking for suggestions of FLGS's to visit while in town. I'll be WAY down town at King & Younge... any suggestions?

Scott,

The phone # for customer service is at the bottom of every page. However, before you go phoning, I'd ask you to reconsider that course of action. I infer from your post that you have already sent an email. You've also made at least on post. My take is that every request has to be processed (regardless of medium), even if it is only to check that the request has been taken care of. Each "extra" request made about the same issue means that a new/unique request is delayed

Corey and Cosmo are only two people, and I suspect that they are handling a very large volume of cust. serv. requests at the moment. I also suspect that they are prioritizing requests that have to do with order modification/cancellation over "When's my stuff coming" type queries.

Don't get me wrong, I know xmas is coming. I'm sure plenty of people were hoping to recieve their orders in time to give as gifts. The truth is though, that the whole Green Ronin sale has Paizo swamped. And you know what, we shouldn't be too surprised when the discounts are so steep.

Scott, please don't think I'm attacking you... that isn't my intent. Instead I'm just trying to defend two of the hardest working customer service folks that I've ever encountered. I've coresponed with Corey and Cosmo via email, the boards, and even on the phone. They've always been super pleasant and helpful, and I think that they are handling the situation as best as they can.

Three cheers for Corey and Cosmo!

Is anyone from customer service reading this message board?

Seems like alot of people have the same questions and are looking for answers...

Does anyone have a phone number for Customer service because it appears message board and e-mail don't work :-(

KS,

All of the reprint rights are with WotC... so we'll probably never see anything like this.

Are there any plans to compile the Greyhawk related material from the Paizo era of Dragon into a compendium?

If not, is it even a possibility?

Thanks!

Hey y'all:

We got confirmation from our printer that they mailed out all the Canadian copies of Dragon #358 on November 9th along with the poster from Dragon #359. So start looking for them to show up in your mail boxes!

For the record, Issue 358 arrived in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario on friday, Nov 23. Yee-haw! Once again, thanks to all the Paizo folks (esp. Corey and Cosmo) for taking such good care of us.

Awesome new... thanks for your reply!

We're making PDFs as fast as we can. They will remain available for sale.

Bump. If they're going to disappear, then I'd like to grab a few of them before they do.

WAIT!!! It just arrived today! If it's not too late that is.

Will the downloadable issues of Dragon and Dungeon still be available after September? Will you continue to produce new PDFs as you sell out of hard copies?

I've just received Dungeon #146, but #145 seems to have lost its way.

Ferrety,

I will get a replacement shipped out for you. Don't forget to check out paizo.com/transition to choose what you would like done with the remainder of your subscription.

Thanks!

After a long magazine drought, Dragon 353 arrived today. I've not recieved Dungeon 144, or Dragon 352 yet. Would it be possible to have replacment issues sent?

Luc,

I'm still missing Dragon 352 as well (even given the problems that Canada Post seems to have in delivering as far norht as Sault Ste. Marie). I'd say though that Dungeon 144 still won't reach us Canadians for another week or two yet.

My experience hasn't been as bad as yous (I've yet to not recieve an issue yet), but CP does seem awefully sloww at times.

Andrew

Dave,

I've got the full set of maps, but not being a big FR fan I've not really looked at them. Since they're just sitting in my map folio I'd be happy to send them to you. If you're interested, email me at aeakett (at) gmail (dot) com.

Dr A

I'd like to be in you next mailing as well please. aeakett at gmail dot com

Talion,

For what it's worth, I recieved mine last week (the 12th to be exact). Location: Sault Ste. Marie, ON.

Normally, up to three weeks. However, it appears that the issues were delayed at the printer, and there was also a US postal holiday in there. But you should have had them by now, so we'll prepare to reship yours.

Thanks Vic!

I figured it might have taken longer with the long weekend and the issue with the printer I read about on another thread... but it had been a long time inbetween issues..
