Basically, since information is so scarce over what actually goes on central Arcadia, I've had to come up with my own stuff. Domasi's running gag is that he used to live in an illuminated post-modern society, but a deal with Chelaxian colonists left him stranded on the backwater of all backwaters: Inner Sea.
If Paizo decides to explore Arcadia beyond the single city in Distant Shores and Domasi's grand story won't work anymore, well, that's fine too. He's a Suli Fractured Mind(Anger) Spiritualist, so some assembly's probably required anyway.
