Hello, I am making this thread for people who are looking for groups to play or gm. Seems there are many looking to play, but not many games going around for enough players. So here is a little something to see if you can find like minded players to find a game. I'm looking for one as well. Answer the following questions to help others understand what you are looking for.
What type of game are you looking to play? (PbP, Skype, Other, Any)
What type of ruleset are you looking to play? (Pathfinder, 3.5, Other)
What times are you available to play?
Are you more of a roll-player or role-player, maybe in the middle?
Do you perfer to play as a player or GM?
If you find others wanting to play that fit in with your playstyle would you be willing to try to GM to get a game started?
What custom elements do you like or do you like Core Rulebook only?
What Setting would you like to play the most? (Golarion, Greyhawk, etc)
Are mature style games or players too much for you?
What alignment do you perfer to play? (Goody-good, Good, Neutral, Evil)
What character do you really really want to play?? the more detailed the better
------------------------------------------------------------------------
Q1. I'm looking for a skype game or ventrillo. I'd like to use some sort of maptools too, but not nessary.
Q2. I'd perfer to play Pathfinder.
Q3. I'm available on Fridays/Saturdays/Sundays. I am on Eastern Time.
Q4. I'm a little in the middle. I like to make a great player both in concept and on paper. I also would like to role-play more. I haven't had much experience with it in my groups.
Q5. I'd perfer to play as a player, but I have GM'd for most of my tabletop experiences.
Q6. If it comes down to it that I cannot find a group to play in I will GM. But, I will have to spend time to make my game to prep for it.
Q7. I love custom ideas people come up with and encourage using the other books. I like to edit races and keep them within the 10rp points according to the Advanced Races Book. I do perfer to stick with Pathfinder books, but will look at others.
Q8. I'd like to play in any setting. Golarion or Eberron would be my top two though.
Q9. I'm not easily offended at all and mature themes or players that like to bring adult themed things up in a game do not bother me, but I do know some people perfer that not in their games.
Q10. I like to play good or neutral. Evil is fun but to pull off can be hard depending on the group and story.
Q11. I've been wanting to play a character I recently made a few days ago. No final background at this time because I do not know what story I would put her in yet.
She is Efka, a Ifrit (customized using the ARG, I ditched the spell-like ability, added Wildheart without switching due to Ifrit was only 6rp and I added change shape (minor) so she can change into a single human form, and I added Fast so her movement is faster) Oracle (Flame) 1 / Sorcerer (Elemental Fire, possibly mixblood Celestial/Elemental) all the rest. I took tongues for the curse and she can only speak Ignan while in combat and cannot appear in her human form.
She doesn't know she is an ifrit and will learn that when her life is in danger and she transforms and has powers of the elements. I thought about her developing an alter ego when in combat. She worships Sarenrae but Ymeri, Queen of the Inferno (Fire Elemental Patron) has plans for her. Those gods are set in Golarion but could be changed.
Here is the breakdown of the race rp:

Changes I made.
Spell-like ability took off -1rp
added an alternate Wild-heart Fire: +4 init, +1rp
added Fast: +10 movement speed, +1 rp
added Change Shape, Lesser (3 RP): Prerequisite: Aberration, dragon, fey, humanoid, or monstrous humanoid type; Benefit: Members of this race gain the following supernatural ability: A member of this race can assume the appearance of a single form of a single humanoid race of its size. The form is static and cannot be changed each time it takes this form. The creature gains a +10 racial bonus on Disguise checks made to appear as the member of the race whose appearance it assumes. Changing its shape is a standard action. This trait otherwise functions as alter self, save that the creature does not adjust its ability scores.
