The only seaworthy ship the Rat's End pirates have but what kind of ship is it? Did I miss the description and/or stats? Help please.

I dropped the city into a campaign I have been running and the characters in my group have had a fair amount of interaction with the council. Currently one of the characters (Swashbuckler) has met and wants to help out Lavinia. Long story short who replaces Keltar Islaran as harbormaster and council member? I could put it off(or make my own decision)but I want to use the story line and this could make things difficult later on. |
