Derryn limps over to the table and, with care taken to not bleed on anything, looks over the scrap of paper and the book to see if he can figure out the combination of lights for sending away the undead.
"Someone git Yargos in 'ere. We might need 'is 'elp with this."

Derryn will try and move out of line of sight for crossbow fire and then launch a crossbow bolt at the thug at the top of the stairs.

Derryn draws and loads his crossbow and follows the others up the stairs, keeping an eye out for anyone coming up from behind.

Hearing a crash from where Lucian is battering the other door, and gasping from a crossbow bolt through a lung, Derryn retreats from the door he was at. He stumbles, bleeding, towards the door at the center of the tower, trying to find what cover he can.

Derryn picks the lock on the door (if it's locked) and peers into the tower as sneakily as possible.

Derryn breaks off from the melee and slips towards the door in the leftmost tower. Pressing himself against the wall next to the door to avoid any more crossbow attacks, he reaches out and tests to see if the entrance is locked.

The attacks should actually be +7 instead of +4. I forgot the +1 for masterwork and +2 for flanking. So it'd be 11 and 8. Not that I think it matters...

Derryn sees the crossbow bolt glance off of the robed figure ineffectually and curses. He drops the crossbow on a pew and moves around to get in close to the skeletal horror and punches at it with his cestus.

Feeling emboldened by his success with the first safe, Derryn goes next to the featureless box and begins feeling and prodding at it to see if he can pierce the illusion on the box and discover an opening.

Derryn unrolls an oilskin cloth, revealing a number of oddly bent slivers of metal. He hums softly to himself for a few seconds before selecting two and taking them over to the first safe. With a deft touch, he gently pokes and prods at the demon's head on the front of the safe in an attempt to determine its manner of operation, and if possible, suss out the combination.

Derryn interlaces his fingers and then turns his palms outward, cracking his knuckles loudly.
"Well, it just so happens that safecrackin' is a bit o' a hobby a mine. I'm sure I'm better'n anyone ya picked up offa the street. And dontcha worry, Kieran'll be there ta make sure nuthin' goes missin'."
Derryn gives a gap-toothed, yet angelic grin.

Having been made paranoid by battles and undead attacks, Derryn slips over to check through the doorway to the next room to see if there are any other enemies in the building.

He then moves up behind Keiran and fires a bolt from his crossbow at the nearest undead horror he can see.

Derryn silently slips through the doors into the next room. Flitting between piles of grain, he sneaks into the room to see what he can see.
