I had purchased and downloaded the AD&D Dungeon Master Screen & Master Index PDF recently. Most of the PDF is great, but starting on page 34, most of the left side of the DM screens are cut off and information is missing. Is there any way to correct this so that all the information is showing? I don't think it's a download error (all the other PDFs I bought worked fine), was it maybe scanned incorrectly? Thanks.
