I was looking at a wizard build who would dual wield a wand of magic missile and a metamagic rod of toppling. I couldn't find rules for how to negotiate this sort of combination. Should these toppling magic missiles simply cost more magic missile charges? Or are these too not supposed to stack?

I'm making a stand up comic bard and i came across lingering performance feat which means that I can end my bardic performance and its effects last for two additional rounds after. Doesn't this just mean I have 3x the amount of bardic performances per day? I could conceivably tell a joke for one round, end the performance as a free action, gain the effects for the next two rounds while I take other actions and then repeat. It seemed totally OP to me. Or is it that you can take other actions but the two lingering rounds count against my # of performances per day?

Playing a high level character for the first time, when she gains her +6/+
1 BAB as a 6lvl paladin does this mean she gets two attacks as a standard action or does it have to be a full round action. If so can both attacks be made with one weapon or is it mainhand and then offhand?

I'm playing a bard for the first time and I wanted to have a halfling with a wolfhound mount. Do i need a feat to be able to make bardic performances while mounted? I couldn't find any such feat on the SRD so I figured no, anyone know?
