Character Sheet for Dannie the Paladin
Background:
Dannie manifested her Aasimar heritage rather young and unexpectedly. Her small village was unduly kind to her, and her parents overly proud. But there was just something wrong with the way they started to revere her, seek her advice for things of adult natures and ways that, as a child, she just could neither understand nor bear.
She felt she was more a spectacle than a child, so she took to hiding, and keeping to herself until she could do so no longer. Rather than stay and be thought of as a prize, she ran away from home with naught much else than the cloths on her back, and a few mementos from home.
Dannie found out the hard way that the world is a big place, and not one for a little girl alone. She was unable to support herself, and through divine intervention...or just plain dumb luck, she met a priest of Sarenrae that took pity on her well before she discovered her divine heritage.
Though she didn't quite fit into the role of a Cleric like her benefactor, she found the path of the Paladin to be quite rewarding and more challenging. She spent a few years in service to her new order becoming stronger in arm and spirit, and is now ready to come to terms with her own inner demons, and those of others.

Lorrimor one day in the not so distant past. Through a
matter of pure chance, you were in a position to save the
late scholar’s life and did so. His gratitude was effusive,
and he promised that he would never forget you. You are
unsure of the nature of the summons in his will, but
believe he may have listed you as a possible heir in thanks
for saving him from an untimely demise.
Your ability to think quickly on your feet has stayed
with you, and you quite often feel that you’re in the right
place at the right time. You gain a +2 trait bonus on
Initiative checks.
