I can't find it. Which publication has 'Detect Emotions'?
Its in the Emotion Domain Spell list in Craig Campbell's Eye of the Night Article but it's not in my spell list and it's not in the Consolidated Spell list over at WoTC - so its new or in Dragon or Dungeon - somewhere.
