![]() The Heroes of Elsir Vale pack up their bags with as much treasure as they can carry and return to Brindol. The trip is uneventful and they meet nobody on the roads. Several days later, upon reaching the city walls, they find the gates closed as they remain in a defensive posture. As you approach, one of the guards calls out to you. ![]()

![]() Bofus, WOW is right! I cannot believe I find myself getting emotional about the closure of a campaign. However, five years of posting and creating great moments has definitely been a huge part of my life. This has definitely been a trip! I hold you personally responsible for converting me to Pathfinder! It didn't hurt that they created a kick ass game! I think they implemented lots of the ideas we came up with back in college. Where did the time go? Starting up with Pathfinder PBP back in 2011 has definitely opened doors that I did not anticipate. As for becoming a VC, I don't know how that happened. Now I get to play Pathfinder to my heart's content. So, we are not quite finished yet. Let's definitely tie up the loose ends. There are many characters in the Elsir Vale that we have fleshed out and many threads that may remain open. So please feel free to role play our conclusion out. As with any sandbox setting, please let me know where you go first. ![]()

Indeed you did triumph! The module, the Red Hand of Doom, was written so that I could have made opportunities to extend the campaign, such as havng Tiamat escape and ravage a few more towns. But honestly, you killed Tiamat fair and square and it made for a perfect conclusion to a long adventure. I suppose Tiamat herself would be pretty mad that those "meddling kids" ruined her grand schemes, but I don't think I will be planning a sequel anytime soon. Thanks for being such a great part of it, Shifty. My only regret is that I did not ask you to join us back when I was just starting it. Red was an awesome character and was fun to have with the company. I always appreciate how consistent you've been over the years! ![]()

![]() Hurray Everyone! I want to thank you for all of your participation and for seeing this adventure through to the end. We started this campaign on March 11, 2011 and over 11 thousand posts later we have reached its conclusion. Congratulations to Bofus who was here from the beginning and to Tirion who came along shortly afterwards! The three college kids who started this campaign with us were my former students in high school and have gone on to graduate from university in the years since this began. To all of you, I appreciate your dedication to role playing and your perseverance and patience. I also thank you for making my first attempt at online GMing such a great experience. In the week to come, I am happy to role play out the final closure back in Brindol and the celebrations that will occur. You would all gain an experience level. Truly this is a campaign I had always wanted to run and I am honored to have done it with such an awesome company! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! ![]()

Other than these items worn by the high Wyrmlord, the inner sanctum appears empty. ![]()

![]() Thanks for asking, Bofus. I have been seeing a chiropractor every few days. He is really pleased with my progress and so am I. It hurts a little bit when I twist and such, but it is so much better than last week. Life is slowly returning to normal. I can do most tasks around the house, but I have not gotten back to exercising. I will probably start with a snowshoe this weekend and then move up to skiing soon. ![]()

![]() Ok folks, to break gems it is not automatic. Please use the following information to help you. Breaking a gem with pure strength require a Break DC 25. Attacking with a weapon requires hitting the object, doing damage and overcoming the hardness. The AC is based on the gems staying still. However, if you take a full-round action to line up a shot, you get an automatic hit with a melee weapon and a +5 bonus on attack rolls with a ranged weapon. If you have any further questions, please ask. If anybody has the time to create a small colored circles of the colors red, white, green, and blue and place that colored circle on our google map, that may help everyone. Until then, I will simply list the location with the square number. Eyes of the Dragon

![]() Knowledge, Planes or Religion DC 15:
This creature is a divine aspect. Aspects are physical manifestations of deities made flesh in the Material Plane. Now that Azarr Kul has failed her, Tiamat has decided to send an aspect embodying her wrath to take his place. This creature is dangerous indeed! Initiative:
Bofus Initiative: 1d20 + 11 - 4 ⇒ (7) + 11 - 4 = 14
Ulwai's Initiative: 1d20 + 5 - 4 ⇒ (19) + 5 - 4 = 20
Round 0 • Ulwai Stormcaller tells the company to start smashing gems
• Tiamat. The chromatic dragon's massive blue head darts down with lightning speed on Azarr Kul's body, swallowing him with one effortless gulp. As this head pulls back into the writhing infernal sky, her other four leer down at the party, their jaws gape, and an unholy blast of divine retribution tears into the gap between the planes. With a deafening blast of wind, the room is momentarily plunged into darkness. Those who failed a DC20 fortitude save are deafened for 1d6 ⇒ 3 rounds. An instant later, the jaws of the five dragon statues pulse with energy, flooding the room with light again as they breathe acid, ice, lightning, and fire into the room, converging on the upraised platform in the center of the inner sanctum. Any creature standing at this location immediately takes the following damage. Acid: 10d6 ⇒ (1, 3, 4, 2, 4, 3, 2, 6, 2, 2) = 29
Fortunately, for all of you, you were all off of that raised platform at the time of the powerful blast of energy! Round 1 • Ulwai Stormcaller (hp: 52/52) (defeaned)

![]() Sorry for the delay at this crucial moment when I should be rolling initiative. Yesterday I fell on the ice landing really hard on my back. ![]() Let's assume that you received the last two Eyes of the Dragon from the Harpwizard in Brindol. I am fine with that. Otherwise, this campaign would end in a lot more destruction than anticipated. However, let's establish clearly who holds all of the gems. Bofus: 2 Blue, 2 Green

![]() A brief moment before hell breaks loose. • Bofus (hp: 44/53) stows his staff and asks Ulwai Stormcaller about the Eyes of the Dragon.
Red:
Now that you are hearing about the purpose of the eyes of the dragon, witnessing the evidence of the tremendous energy gathered here, and beginning to understand Azarr Kul's ritual, you believe that Azarr Kul is attempting to summon an aspect of the Queen of Chromatic Dragons, Tiamat, to this land. Are there anything other actions that you folks wish to do before I move time forward another six seconds? ![]()

![]() As Azarr Kul falls unconscious, the swirling vortex of energy above thunders and rumbles with power. Suddenly, the energy is swept away . . . along with the roof itself, like an egg hatching outward. A searing hell-wind blasts through the inner sanctum, thick with the gut-churning reek of brinmstone and burning flesh as a blasted landscape of twisted mountains and red lightning-plagued skies is revealed to you. You may each make a standard action. • Bofus (hp: 44/53)
