Dee is an anacite from Aballon, a grey dusty world of mountains,deserts and ice. Her brethren were forged there by the First Ones. Unlike most of her brethren, Dee was fortunate in that her master was a man of kindness and magic and although she saw many of her fellow androids mistreated and abused over the course of her life, it was this kindness and a growing fascination with magic that drove her into the field of technomancy and a search for a deeper understanding of how an android might wield the powers of magic for good. She has little time for talk of the First Ones for they abandoned her race when it suited them. Instead, Dee is driven by a desire to find and meet new species to discover whether others, such as her deceased master, are capable of kind acts. Unfortunately, she has found to date that many of the species in the pact worlds lack the humility of her master. Regardless, onwards she searches, looking for answers into the meaning of what it means to be a conscious and sentient being and the Starfinder society for her represents a vehicle by which she can do good. Dee sees herself very much in the camp of Those Who Become - determined to branch out from Aballon and the Pact Worlds to colonise the vast. Unlike most of her species D does not worship Triune but instead worships Oras, the agent of change and the God of adaptation, evolution and natural selection for it these interests and drive her.
