As a Gm, I prefer having to reveal it myself, for the simple fact that players may move their token in an unwanted space (they actually do it a lot), and if FOW is automatically revealed, it's a pain (they see what they shouldn't, and you have to cover the area again.
Anyway, too bad my own framework isn't in english, or I would have presented you my long list of tools to share (the ones that don't rely on the framework itself), and would have asked for yours.
But if MapFinders are still out there, I'd suggest the english-speaking ones do it between themselves.
Also, has anyone tried Mote? It's MapTool's "son" (completely compatible). I'd switch to it, but there are some things I don't understand about it and can't find a site or forum with tutorials and such. For example, trying to write a macro, I remember I had certain problems. Not with code itself, but I recall they were stupid problems I couldn't get a hold of (can't remember now, was some months ago).
