Thank you Also, last month I was sent TWO Chase Card decks when I ordered and was charged for TWO Condition Card decks. I sent an email about this on May 22, but have not received a response back. I am aware that customer service is over a month behind on email responses and isn’t taking customer service calls at this time. Please send the TWO Condition Card decks that I ordered and paid for WITHOUT charging me again. Order #20762923
Does anyone know if everyone that has the Pathfinder Adventure Path subscription should have received the 4th issue of "Extinction Curse", "Siege of the Dinosaurs", this month? I just started subbing and started with "Extinction Curse" issue #3, "Life's Long Shadows", that I received last week as the April installment, but everyone seems to have gotten issue #4. I chose to start on #3, but thought that I would have gotten the then current issue along with the April installment, issue #4, sent in April. Am I a month behind by design or should everyone be getting the same issue each month? I'd like to be up to date and have the most recent releases like everyone else. Thanks for any insight anyone has on this.
Apparently I should see a pending order in my subscriptions for the April releases and side cart items. I do not. I have not received an email stating that the order has been charged or sent. I have also chosen UPS as the delivery option and I haven’t received a confirmation email with tracking. I assume that my order hasn’t been processed like it should have been along with everyone else’s two days ago. |
