So I just wanted to throw this one out there because of the fun value associated with it. I am running the Kingmaker campaign with a group of close friends, and we are within one to two sessions of completing part one, where they will be establishing their kingdom in the Greenbelt. The fun part is the personalities of the characters they are playing completely run opposite of who one would want running a kingdom: We have a Druid who is quite content separating himself from much social contact in order to be one with nature (and dinosaurs), a very young bronze dragon that rebelled against his own and has shape shifted to become a human adventurer and is incredibly naïve, a Halfling rogue who is a prostitute for a living, and an Orc warrior who actually is a tad smarter than usual, but makes horrible decisions.
Just wondering if anyone has any pointers that has run this campaign as to how to help control this situation, or if not just any response to the randomness of this group would be appreciated.
