Human Fighter 7 [HP 91/95 | AC/T/FF 20/10/20 | CMD 22| F+9 R+3 W+5 | Init +0 Perc +8]

Attack, purple swarm, PA, FF, versatile weapon (cold iron): 1d20 + 13 ⇒ (18) + 13 = 31

Damage: 1d10 + 17 ⇒ (1) + 17 = 18

Corwin strides across the deck, cocking back his greatclub. The massive weapon sweeps through the swarm, obliterating many small creatures and scattering bits and pieces everywhere. "That worked a treat. Threnody, thanks for the assist!"

Corwin, round 1, AoO and attack

Attack AoO, greatsword, PA, FF, red swarm: 1d20 + 15 ⇒ (9) + 15 = 24
Damage, AoO, overhand chop: 2d6 + 20 ⇒ (6, 6) + 20 = 32

That's slashing, so damage is (32-DR)/2.

Seeing how the edge of his blade skitters off the creatures Corwin drops his greatsword and pulls out his greatclub.

Attack,PA, FF, red swarm: 1d20 + 13 ⇒ (18) + 13 = 31
Damage, overhand chop: 1d10 + 17 ⇒ (6) + 17 = 23

That's bludgeoning, so damage is 23 - DR, right?

Knowledge, Engineering: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (13) + 5 = 18

Corwin adds an un-looked for understanding of buildings to the discussions. I'm so glad I double-checked Corwin's skill list!

When the preparations are done, and bolstered by Thren's potion, the big man helps spider-sylph lift and move the giant statue.

Corwin round 5

Corwin steps forward and stabs awkwardly around Lark’s frozen form.

Attack,PA,FF,Bull,Haste, ghast 2: 1d20 + 15 + 1 + 1 ⇒ (12) + 15 + 1 + 1 = 29
Damage, Attack, PA, O’chop,Enlarge,Bull: 3d6 + 24 ⇒ (5, 6, 4) + 24 = 39

I thought about having Corwin try to pick up Lark and move away, but I came down on the side of "keep pouring on damage."

Corwin round 4

Corwin carefully edges past the smoking pit and moves to menace Yoha.

So close!

Corwin round 2

Cutting through tanglefoot automatically hits
Damage, PA,O’chop,Enlarge,Bull,IC: 3d6 + 24 + 2 ⇒ (6, 6, 2) + 24 + 2 = 40

With an easy wrist flick Corwin slices through the sticky goo. He advances menacingly on the ghast. "Now that's just irritating."

Human Fighter 7 [HP 91/95 | AC/T/FF 20/10/20 | CMD 22| F+9 R+3 W+5 | Init +0 Perc +8]

Corwin round 1

Attack,PA,FF,Bull,Haste,IC, ghastly officer 1: 1d20 + 15 + 1 + 1 + 2 ⇒ (10) + 15 + 1 + 1 + 2 = 29
Damage, PA,O’chop,Enlarge,Bull,IC: 3d6 + 24 + 2 ⇒ (2, 1, 4) + 24 + 2 = 33

Corwin strides forward and smashes his greatsword through one of the ghasts in a massive overhand blow.

Human Fighter 7 [HP 91/95 | AC/T/FF 20/10/20 | CMD 22| F+9 R+3 W+5 | Init +0 Perc +8]

Corwin drinks the potions of Enlarge Person and Bull's Strength.

Corwin already has a belt of giant strength +2, so his net from the Bull's Strength is +2 (instead of four). I think the Enlarge Person bonus will stack, so that's another +2 strength.

As the big man becomes, impossibly, even larger he steps out of the stairwell to make room for his friends.

Human Fighter 7 [HP 91/95 | AC/T/FF 20/10/20 | CMD 22| F+9 R+3 W+5 | Init +0 Perc +8]

Corwin pulls a few sunrods from his haversack offers them around to anyone that wants one. Does Sandara have any handy light sources, just in case?

A statblock has a appeared!

I have Corwin at 88/95 after Sandara's healing. Let me know if anything looks incorrect.

Human Fighter 7 [HP 91/95 | AC/T/FF 20/10/20 | CMD 22| F+9 R+3 W+5 | Init +0 Perc +8]

Corwin AoO in round 3

AoO,PA,FF, ghastly officer: 1d20 + 15 ⇒ (14) + 15 = 29

Damage: 2d6 + 15 ⇒ (5, 4) + 15 = 24

Corwin lunges as the ghast moves past and again his blade cleaves into it.

It's dead, right?

Human Fighter 7 [HP 91/95 | AC/T/FF 20/10/20 | CMD 22| F+9 R+3 W+5 | Init +0 Perc +8]

Corwin round 2

Attack1,PA,FF, ghastly officer: 1d20 + 15 ⇒ (14) + 15 = 29
Attack2,PA, ghastly officer: 1d20 + 10 - 2 ⇒ (16) + 10 - 2 = 24

Damage, attack1: 2d6 + 15 ⇒ (6, 2) + 15 = 23
Damage, attack2, backswing: 2d6 + 20 ⇒ (5, 2) + 20 = 27

Corwin steps forward and presses his attack against the ghastly officer. This time his blade slices through and slams home on the backswing.

Human Fighter 7 [HP 91/95 | AC/T/FF 20/10/20 | CMD 22| F+9 R+3 W+5 | Init +0 Perc +8]

Corwin round 1, full attack

Attack1,PA,FF, ghastly officer: 1d20 + 15 ⇒ (3) + 15 = 18
Attack2,PA, ghastly officer: 1d20 + 10 - 2 ⇒ (10) + 10 - 2 = 18

Corwin swings out and back with his massive greatsword, but both cuts whistle through the air without damaging their target.
