Backstory
A deal is a powerful force in the universe. And a deal with the fey is an even stronger force, for they can grant great boons for the proper price. The proper price, however, can be steep. It is not known what Colcille's parents bargained for with the collective of creatures known as the Russidhe, but it is known that they asked for their firstborn in exchange. And that the parents agreed.
The young elf was then raised by scores of the fey of the Echo Woods, learning the ways of the forest. Pixies taught her to shoot a bow, grigs taught her music, and brownies taught her how to move unseen through the forest. In time, she turned into a merry, mischievous rascal, her eyes aware of any trace of magic, her steps silent in the forest and her aim with the bow impressive. And some time she would go to Thornkeep, learning how to interact with the city folks, selling goods from the forest in exchange for tools that were harder to create, away from a forge.
Soon she started raiding the Hellknights caravans who passed through the woods, since the order offended the fey with their tyrannical ways and their smelly fort. She stole money and supplies, she switched their food with dung and their water with vodka, she freed the oxen pulling their carriages and laughed as the recruits were forced to take the beasts' place.
But in time, even pranking the Hellknights grew boring to her. And a question that had sometimes come to her mind started appearing more and more prominently in her thoughts. "Who were my parents?" she would ask the Russidhe. "I love you as my family, but I wish to know."
She asked and she bargained, until a pint of milk and one of wine managed to loosen an old faun's tongue. He revealed that Colcille's parents had headed for the Emerald Spire after receiving their boon from a powerful fey, patron of the Russidhe. What boon that was, he could not say.
As curiosity got the better of her, Colcille packed tools and weapons, some stolen from the Hellknights and some crafted by her adoptive family, and vowed to return to her fae family as soon as her desire to know had been sated. And with an anxious heart she headed the Spire.

Personality
Colcille is merry and light-hearted, enjoying a good joke, a good laugh and a swig of liquor more often than not. She sometimes has a hard time keeping serious or focused for longer than a few minutes, but this changes whenever her full attention is needed for a sticky situation. In combat as in raids, she is deadly precise and silent, employing hit-and-run, misdirection tactics taught to her by the fey, then switching back to her joyous self once danger is over. And even if she likes pranks, she knows the difference between a harmless and a dangerous one and would only harm those deserving.
She especially dislikes the Hellknights for their tyrannical ways.

Colcille's Primary Motivator is Discovery: the fey passed onto her a sense of wonder and marvel, and she is heading towards the Emerald Spire to find out what was so important to her parents that they would give her to the fey.

Description
A tall, thin elvish girl with dark blond hair, Colcille is clad in a mismatched leather armor over a dark brown outfit littered in pockets and pouches. Most of the pouches are full of trinkets and baubles, like pieces of bark or tiny screws, and the armor was crafted with the leather of animals she hunted herself. The resulting patchwork stands out in any civilized area as amateurish, but it's perfect for blending in the shadows. Her eyes are deep green, attentive and reacting to pick up anything unusual around the surroundings, and vibrating with her fey vision.
