About Cobalt Pureglass

Cobalt Pureglass was born to a Dwarven cleric of Torag who had fallen victim to the wiles of a wandering Dwarven sorcerer. At a young age, his mother, Glyn Pureglass, was killed in his presence by robbers. Cobalt, unable to save his mother, vowed to become strong enough to not let those who he cared for suffer. His training consumed him to the point of social obscurity in his village. Many years later, he realized that he was training to protect those he cared for, but the village had abandoned him and he them, no longer was there anyone for him to protect. This drove him further into training, now to seek self-perfection for its own sake rather than for protection. Eventually, Cobalt reaches the point where his self-taught training stagnated and he joins the Grand Lodge, hoping to master the unknown and take another step towards perfection.
