About Cirok BrokencrownA backstory....:
The port city of Greengold is the second largest settlement in Kyonin, and the only official entry point into the elvish kingdom for non-elves. Situated on Lake Encarthan, Greengold is a popular port of call for traders and diplomats. Greengold generally appears as any other human dockside settlement, except that trees grow in strange places throughout and the yellow roofs on all the buildings makes the city quite distinct
The speaking elf turns his blue eyes down at his audience. The passed-out human drunk lying in his own filth doesn't seem to be the most attentive of patrons, but he at least doesn't interrupt a good story's beginning... Cirok Brokencrown is an elf. He is a bit of a strange looking elf to be certain, but, he is definitely an elf. This elf has long white hair, cold blue eyes that always seem to have a glint of humor in them and an easy laugh. Standing just over 6', Cirok is a bit short compared to most elves, but his tall personality more than compensates.
Smiling back down at his captured audience, the Rogue chuckles.
Bowing formally to the drunk transient, the elf skips toward the road to Iadara.

At 4th level, whenever a rogue deals sneak attack damage to a foe, she can also debilitate the target of her attack, causing it to take a penalty for 1 round (this is in addition to any penalty caused by a rogue talent or other special ability). The rogue can choose to apply any one of the following penalties when the damage is dealt. Bewildered: The target becomes bewildered, taking a –2 penalty to AC. The target takes an additional –2 penalty to AC against all attacks made by the rogue. At 10th level and 16th level, the penalty to AC against attacks made by the rogue increases by –2 (to a total maximum of –8). Disoriented: The target takes a –2 penalty on attack rolls. In addition, the target takes an additional –2 penalty on all attack rolls it makes against the rogue. At 10th level and 16th level, the penalty on attack rolls made against the rogue increases by –2 (to a total maximum of –8). Hampered: All of the target’s speeds are reduced by half (to a minimum of 5 feet). In addition, the target cannot take a 5-foot step. These penalties do not stack with themselves, but additional attacks that deal sneak attack damage extend the duration by 1 round. A creature cannot suffer from more than one penalty from this ability at a time. If a new penalty is applied, the old penalty immediately ends. Any form of healing applied to a target suffering from one of these penalties also removes the penalty. Fast Stealth (Ex) (Pathfinder Unchained pg. 21): This ability allows a rogue to move at full speed using the Stealth skill without penalty. Trap Spotter (Ex) (Pathfinder Unchained pg. 22): Whenever a rogue with this talent comes within 10 feet of a trap, she can attempt an immediate Perception check to notice the trap. This check should be made in secret by the GM. Shades of Gray (Ex) (Ultimate Intrigue pg. 44): A rogue with this talent uses mental and emotional tricks to protect herself from attempts to discern her alignment. This offers her the benefits of undetectable alignment whenever she chooses, though she must be conscious to maintain the effect. One of Those Faces (Sp) (Spymaster's Handbook pg. 21): Each day, you can use disguise self as a spell-like ability for up to 10 minutes per character level. This duration need not be continuous, but it must be used in 10-minute increments. Additionally, once you have used this ability, whenever you use it for the next 24 hours you must take the same alternate appearance. Racial:
