Long time lurker, first time poster. Usually I find out what I'm looking for, but I cannot find it with this topic. The title is pretty self explanatory. A ranger wants to take this feat, and has already invested in skill ranks on intimidate. I recall that the fighter AAT and AWT's Versatile and Adaptable Training the character gets the skill ranks used reimbursed back. I cannot find anything of sorts with Martial Dominance, and would like to know the official ruling of it, if there is one.
