I think your best option is to ask the GM to report that session using a new PC number for you (ie. -2, -3, etc.) And use that new number on the chronicle sheet.

Also, the next time you have a GM that does not give you a chronicle sheet (and it isn't a simple mistake that they correct in a few days) please tell your nearest Venture Officer so they can look into the situation.

I love Meepo! I'll have to upload a drawing my wife did of Meepo when he showed up in our 3.5 game a few years back. The players decided to have him take a few levels of wizard; Meepo wasn't a very good sorcerer!

I ran Rise of the Goblin Guild just a few weeks ago, and that table wanted to axe her. Didn't help that they kept failing perception checks to see all of the alchemist fire she lifted!

If I recall correctly, there were some modules for Living Ebberon where the GMs were handed a chronicle sheet and some very loose points necessary to the adventure. The GMs then had to create the adventure around it, allowing for an good amount of customization to modules.

Is there a plan to incorperate an customizable scenarios like this into PFS?

With the Season 4 updates to the Reporter there is now a place to put a GM's character number and faction on top of the form. The instructions on top of the page have not been changed yet, so my question is this: is it stil necessary to put the GM in the list of characters to receive credit for running?

Can a summoner change the base form of their eidiloin when they level up and use the evolution points?

I'm not sure if the monk in my game is calculating the attack bonus for his furry of blows correct. Could someone run me through the math, assuming the Monk is 3rd level, has a strength of 18, and no other feats affecting the numbers?
