About Chelendra
The story is complex to say the least. Chel was the third daughter of the Del'armgo house when the war of the spider queen began. I literally played a cleric from levels 1-8 with no magic before taking some rogue levels to assist in combative style.
Chel a devoted priestess believed that the loss of magic was simply on of Lolth's tests of her clergy and set out to prove her self not only powerful enough to receive her mistress' blessing but also wise enough to survive the shadow games. It was an act of her brother and the house assassin that moved her up two second daughter.
During the last battle Chel had found a truth about her goddess and became chosen. With the Underdark shaken and half decimated Lolth moved Chelendra, her companions and what remained of the drow to Golorian.
So at 20th level (15 Cleric 5 rogue) she finally had magic...
