Cera is a beautiful, young elven woman with a round face, high cheek bones and a regal countenance. Her skin is lightly tanned and smooth, but has a silvery sheen to it. She has shoulder-length red hair that is generally worn in a ponytail at the back of her head, but will sometimes be seen in other styles. Her thin, unimposing build belies the great physical strength that she is seen with, yet she still has a shapely body and graceful movements. She always tries to keep an immaculate appearance, preening and bathing often. Cera is regularly seen wearing bright, rich clothing of Viking make and cut, but during battle she wears an ornate set of leather armor that distorts her position and blends the background into it. She is rarely seen without her ornate girdle, low-cut leather boots, black silk scarf or large runed bag. Of all of her possessions, Cera is never seen without her sword, which she calls “Mad Wand.” The long sword is of elven make and is covered with dwarven runes. The artifact exudes incredible power and causes inanimate objects nearby to shift and change.

Cera is preoccupied with her appearance. She constantly bathes, preens and perfumes herself and her surroundings, as well as maintains immaculate clothing and gear. Above all, Cera is extrememly individualistic and free-spirited. Her actions, deeds and philosophies deal with having the most options and choices available. Who knows what Cera is going to do? Many times, Cera does not know. She will usually try to do the right thing, but any option could be her option. Cera chooses her own destiny and guides her own fate. She is subservient to no one, although she will give respect when it is due. To back Cera into a corner would be inviting disaster.
