Rogue Abilities
Finesse Training - Weapon Finesse bonus feat
Sneak Attack – +1d6 damg; The rogue's attack deals extra damage anytime her target would be denied a Dexterity bonus to AC (whether the target actually has a Dexterity bonus or not), or when the rogue flanks her target. Ranged attacks can count as sneak attacks only if the target is within 30 feet. This additional damage is precision damage and is not multiplied on a critical hit.
With a weapon that deals nonlethal damage (such as a sap, unarmed strike, or whip), a rogue can make a sneak attack that deals nonlethal damage instead of lethal damage. She cannot use a weapon that deals lethal damage to deal nonlethal damage in a sneak attack—not even with the usual –4 penalty.
The rogue must be able to see the target well enough to pick out a vital spot and must be able to reach such a spot. A rogue cannot sneak attack while striking a creature with total concealment
Trapfinding – A rogue adds 1/2 her level on Perception checks to locate traps and on Disable Device checks (minimum +1). A rogue can use Disable Device to disarm magic traps

This elf's comely appearance is only interrupted by the stern expression that casts over his face. His eyes are a walnut brown with twinges of green and in the sunlight they almost sparkle. His hair is a light sandy brown and it falls just past the middle of his back.
He wears a simple dark brown leather tunic reinforced with metal studs. The tunic falls bellow his waist and rests on top of a pair of earthy green leather pants. These pants are tucked into a pair of dark evergreen boots.
HISTORY:
Celebnen was born in the city of Nai Nalore a couple of decades following the attack of Garagun. The attack destroyed half of the city and much of the surrounding woods. Many elves died on that day defending the city and the woods from Garagun and his minions. Nai Nalore and the elves never recovered and since then a deep shadow of doubt grows over the city and its people wondering if they will survive over the next few centuries.
With the shadow of his people's future drawing nearer Celebnen has taken it upon himself to claim the life of the Scion of Fire. Only then does he believe will the elves of Nai Nalore be able to reverse the course of their fate. For the last couple of decades Celebnen has journeyed in hopes of finding a way to kill Garagun. Each effort has been met with very little success that is until recently when he heard wind of the Order of Dragonsbane call to arms. While this order had been established to protect against Garagun the old wyrm still lived. Deciding to investigate this call Celebnen heads to the Vale of Ash in hopes of finally finding something that might lead to Garagun's death.
