Aged beyond his years Ceiro is a late middle aged looking Varisian fellow. He wares the trappings of a soothsayer Verisians would possibly recognize the "Speaker for the Dead" scarf he wares. He cultivates the mystique his position requires, but remains very approachable to any Varisians or other folk who may seek his guidance.
Background:
His grandmother had seen it the night of his birth. The spirits of their family watching the birth from beyond. She was a speaker for the dead and knew her grandson was destined to be as well. She watched over Ceiro his whole life. She began teaching him about the beyond as soon as she believed he would understand. Often she said how rare it was for a boy to be chosen as a speaker; that I had a responsibility as her grandson to not fail. Ceiro did his best to not disappoint the woman. It was she that taught him how to ignore the "inklings" (strange tiny shadow things). She explained how they fed on emotions and they found dark ones very tasty. That they could sense how speakers could interact with the beyond and often tried to toy with them. They also knew speakers could be a good source of tasty emotions. As he grew into a man he left their caravan at a gathering for a caravan of their cousins that had no speaker. Over the years he has done his duties as the caravan's speaker; but to be honest up to this point all things considered his life has been relatively quiet.

Revelations: Wisdom of the Ancestors: once per day I may enter a trance to commune with my ancestors which lasts for 10 min. gaining mystical insight into the future as per augury spell 80% success.
Phantom Touch: 6/day touch attack that causes a living creature to gain the Shaken condition for 1/2 oracle lvls (min 1) in rounds.
Spirit Shield: +4 armor bonus 1 hour per oracle lvl used in 1 hr increments.
Curse: Haunted retrieving items is a standard action. If I drop something it lands 10' away in a random direction. Add mage hand and ghost sound to list of spells known.
(story) I envision these as the "inklings" my grandmother taught me about these little spirit beasties that feed on sorrow and strife.
