About Cargas "Offal" Shartburst
Offal is a stout dwarf, mostly unkempt, but good enough for making his way as sailor or porter. He's great because he doesn't care who he works for or what he does as long as he gets paid and works near the sea.
Most people don't care much for Offal for not just his surly mouth or belligerent attitude, but also for his lack of restraint in speaking his mind.
Usually barefoot, Cargas wears well-worn leather and tatters pants when working on the docks or aboard ship. He has a dagger and pouch at his belt, a few meager possessions upon his person at any time.
