I placed this order on Sept. 7 at the same time that I began my adventure path subscription. I expected it to ship as soon as it was available (since the option to change that was grayed out). However, I recently saw this order had been changed to ship with my subscription, which had been moved to ship at the end of the month. I changed this to ship the hardcover as soon as possible over a week ago, and have received no updates about shipping nor a PDF download.
